Challenge

With around 70 products, the Artist brand offers everything for the care and styling that your hair deserves. Müller sells the product range as an alternative to the established premium brands in over 750 stores across Europe. Due to its salon product look, however, the young range was initially unable to establish itself sufficiently with Müller customers. A packaging relaunch was to bring the products back on track.

Solution

We have completely repositioned the brand with a tidy, high-quality consumer look and have won over quality- and price-conscious shoppers: sales have risen by 16 % with the switch to the new packaging design. Success all along the line!
