Traditional craftsmanship and selected ingredients from the region are just part of the recipe for success that allows Schäfer to look to the future with confidence: In order to spoil even more people with delicious baked goods, the branch network is to be successively expanded.

More stores mean more customers and more baked goods. To meet the increasing demand, Schäfer is looking for friendly hosts, energetic bakers and other strong personalities who share its vision of growth. But how do you convince these different target groups and turn them into applicants?

Solution

In order to reach more potential employees, we are rolling out an employer branding campaign on all channels from print to online. With strong images and authenticity, we whet the appetite of the various target groups for what awaits them: real people from the Schäfer Dein Bäcker team present their workplace and sum up their passion for the job in short quotes.

On the new website with a career section, applicants can get further exciting impressions via image film and testimonials and can choose the right job for them from the job vacancies. The traditional baker Schäfer is also positioned as an attractive employer with a strong sense of family and a high level of commitment to the region via social media channels. The result: rising numbers of applicants. And Schäfer Dein Bäcker can already tackle the next store openings.
