In 2025, the company is setting new gastronomic trends at Dresden Central Station: with Eataly, Areas is securing the appeal of one of the world’s most popular Italian retailers. In addition, Speckmann’s, a restaurant concept specially developed for the location, will serve German and especially Saxon specialities.
The opening of these two food highlights is not only intended to expand the culinary diversity of the Dresden location, but also to further raise the profile of the Areas brand. The aim is to generate maximum media attention and attract potential new partners for Areas.
