With strong images and authenticity, we whet the appetite of the various target groups for what awaits them: real people from the Sch\u00e4fer Dein B\u00e4cker team present their workplace and sum up their passion for the job in short quotes. <\/span><\/p>\n

On the new website with a career section, applicants can get further exciting impressions via image film and testimonials and can choose the right job for them from the job vacancies. The traditional baker Sch\u00e4fer is also positioned as an attractive employer with a strong sense of family and a high level of commitment to the region via social media channels. The result: rising numbers of applicants. And Sch\u00e4fer Dein B\u00e4cker can already tackle the next store openings. <\/span><\/p>\n
